The Southern boundary will be a straight line from the intersection of Powhite and Midlothian westerly to Walton Park Road but including the Arboretum on the west end.

The western boundary will be along Walton Park road north to the Norfolk Southern railroad tracks.

The northern boundary will be along the Norfolk Southern railroad tracks to the intersection of Robious Road and Huguenot Road, then including the shops at Bellgrade, then along the northern side of Robious Road to the intersection of Robious Road and Midlothian, then along the northern side of Midlothian Turnpike to the intersection of Midlothian Turnpike and Powhite Expressway.
